Our Process

At your convenience we will conduct a comprehensive roof and siding inspection on your home. This inspection is at no cost to you, and usually lasts about half hour, depending on the size of your home.
Report of Findings
While inspecting your home we take detailed photos and notes of any damage. This documentation will be crucial to the claims process. Upon completion, we go over our findings with the homeowner and recommended next steps.
Claims Process
Based on the evidence and findings, we will offer our expert opinion on the situation. If we conclude there is evidence to support an insurance claim, we work with the homeowner to begin the claims process, including preparing necessary paperwork, communications with the insurance company, and claim approval.
Restoration Work
Once your claim is approved, we will begin your roof and/or siding replacement within the agreed upon terms. Our skilled roofing crew will restore your roof and exterior to its original condition, and make sure your new roof or siding project is completed to your satisfaction.
